True Find Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing environment. You will manage schedules, budgets, personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving productivity and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to hourly employees (15–60 team members).
• Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate departmental and individual performance to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and promote workplace safety.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Services to support process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering to implement changes, updates, and new product introductions.
• Analyze workflow and production metrics to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity, and quality.
