Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production and shipping, ensuring finished products move smoothly while upholding safety, quality and USDA standards.

You will supervise daily production, collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime, drive lean improvements and track output, quality and attendance. Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–8:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years in manufacturing with 1+ year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with focus on development.
• Lean manufacturing understanding and quality compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Supervise daily production across receiving, processing, production, and shipping.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor quality standards and document performance.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
