Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates across receiving, processing, production and shipping. You will uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving productivity on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 2–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, customer specifications, output goals and quality standards.
• Mentor and coach team members on enhancing skills while managing performance and development.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and provide regular updates to management.
