Job summary

Bay Insulation of Texas Inc. in Houston seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee scheduling and real-time plant operations, directing production, maintenance, and quality to maximize resources and achieve customer satisfaction and productivity.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Division Manager, and ensure safety and PPE compliance while driving cost-effective production and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production management experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Experience in a production or distribution environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate plant activities with the Division Manager to meet objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Supervise the Team/Crew Leaders and other plant personnel; participate in interviewing and hiring through temp agencies.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety reporting; motivate staff and adapt to change.
