Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department Manufacturing functions across shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to production priorities and workflows.
• Develop and implement departmental procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintain shift reports, records, and timekeeping (Kronos).
• Provide feedback, train, and identify resource needs for staff.
• Monitor quality and productivity, ensuring qualification and procedures are followed.
• Maintain resources within budget and coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in safety activities and maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and employee relations with HR support.
• Keep records of improvement initiatives and performance outcomes.
