Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Supervisor, Production Maintenance Sparking for the Oklahoma City facility. The role leads mechanics and electricians, drives maintenance standards, and ensures safety and operational efficiency across the line.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment, implementing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet safety and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing equipment related work.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and reduce downtime.
• Supervise preventative maintenance schedules and implement programs.
• Ensure safety policies, PPE usage, and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage parts inventory and oversee equipment maintenance budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to address compliance and safety issues.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for contracts and repairs.
