Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Production Maintenance Sparking to lead mechanics and electricians in maintaining equipment in our Oklahoma City facility. The role focuses on supervision, safety, and standard maintenance execution.

You will plan and implement preventative maintenance, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve line performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ manufacturing equipment experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and improve KPIs; reduce downtime.
• Supervise preventative maintenance and execute maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance; enforce company policies and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage inventory and budget; collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for services and contracts; oversee repairs and compliance.
