Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK to oversee manufacturing operations, supervise a team, and ensure safe, efficient production. The role emphasizes adherence to schedule, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred in a science-related field and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in supervisory roles of people and processes.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred with ISO working environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Manage line efficiencies, KPIs and downtime.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Monitor production process and adjust equipment/work practices per SOPs.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and safety standards are met.
• Verify readiness of production line at start-up and supervise changeovers.
• Maintain product quality and meet standards.
• Drive Good Manufacturing practices and support Coca-Cola Quality system.
• Complete daily production reports and post daily track/rank reports.
• Flexible work schedule to meet business demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and participate in projects.
