Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience or high school diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Leadership experience or potential as per requirements.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/ GED 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
