The candidate should bring a strong engineering or manufacturing background, 5+ years in supervision, and Six Sigma/Lean experience to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering technologies or a related field highly preferred or experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or work center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Assembly, Test, and Repairs
• Conduct regular performance feedback to employees
• Maximize production personnel capabilities and improve efficiency
• Drive change daily by creating channels for feedback and effectively using company-wide systems of communication to ensure employees are engaged and have a voice in the workplace
• Perform the daily payroll and attendance updates in the system addressing any violations
• Maintain the vacation schedule ensuring key resources are available when needed
• Lead solutions to improve staff capabilities and performance management
• Responsible for managing and maintaining all health and safety standards within the manufacturing team
• Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management
