Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field with 5–7 years of experience
• Mechanical or industrial engineering background preferred
• ISO-9000/14000 experience desirable
• Welding standards knowledge (AWS, ASME) desirable

Responsabilités

• Direct activities related to production, inventory management, and quality.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Plan production across multiple work centers.
• Monitor KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, and rework.
• Collaborate to resolve process issues using data-driven analysis
