Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations at the Corona, CA facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. You will supervise one Manufacturing Lead and production staff, plan labor resources, and drive continuous improvement with Lean practices.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in aerospace or regulated environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory/management role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, highly regulated, or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with MRB activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are achieved.
• Supervise and support one Manufacturing Lead and production personnel to meet daily production requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate labor resources to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, waste elimination, and employee engagement.
• Lead daily production meetings and communicate key performance metrics, priorities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Service departments to resolve production challenges.
