Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, in Warren, MA, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, manage production staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across assembly, test, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering technologies or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma, 5S, and lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of assembly and inspection techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Assembly, Test, and Repairs
• Conduct regular performance feedback to employees
• Maximize production personnel capabilities and implement procedures to improve efficiency
• Drive change daily by creating feedback channels and using company-wide communication systems
• Perform daily payroll and attendance updates in the system
• Maintain vacation schedule to ensure resource availability
• Lead solutions to improve staff capabilities and performance management
• Ensure health and safety standards within the manufacturing team
• Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management
