Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct a fabrication team in meeting daily production schedules for coils and copper assemblies. You will manage workflow, assign tasks, and resolve issues while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in a supervisory manufacturing role, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree and 1 year minimum experience, or 2-year degree with 6 years experience, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of a work team in Fabrication to meet daily production schedules.
• Direct workflow, assign tasks, and resolve absences or questions.
• Control costs within budget, minimize scrap and rework.
• Promote safe work environment and maintain production records.
• Apply LEAN tools to measure and improve key business drivers.
