Job summary
Tetra Pak in Vancouver, WA is hiring Production Supervisors to direct shift activities, oversee 25-30 hourly staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and work with maintenance, QA and logistics to meet customer commitments. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in manufacturing are preferred, with experience in CI/WCM and SAP/P2.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing.
- 2+ years in Continuous Improvement / World-Class Manufacturing (WCM).
- Experience with shift-based supervision.
- Knowledge of SAP and P2 production is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 25-30 hourly employees on shift.
- Set priorities with maintenance, QA and logistics for production lines.
- Serve as first line manager for performance, training and timekeeping.
- Drive AM/PM maintenance activities and 5S/CIL audits.
- Allocate resources to meet production and customer demands.
- Support safety audits and OHS in the factory.
- Lead continuous improvement teams as needed.
