Job summary

Tetra Pak in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Production Administrator to maintain accuracy of employee data, focusing on work schedules, vacation calendars, training certs, and time clock alignment for hourly staff. Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or GED (General Educational Development) equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role within manufacturing, production, or logistics.
  • Experience in a packaging, paper, plastics, converting, or industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with time-clock systems such as Kronos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Expertise in Excel including pivot table and formula usage is advantageous. Ability to understand and program in VBA coding for macros usage is also advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage time clocks for hourly production employees on a weekly basis to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Verify and document sick pay, vacation, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) usage in accordance with the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement), company policy, and legal requirements.
  • Generate reporting regarding attendance and vacation usage for display to the hourly team members.
  • Create and archive hourly team’s work schedule weekly while also providing follow-up and reporting on employee job certification statuses.
  • Support and engage in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities throughout the departments, specifically the Education and Training Pillar, and in regard to driving continuous improvement in the people data systems.

We are looking for a Production Administrator, who is responsible for maintaining accuracy in employee related data, with a focus on work schedule, vacation schedule, training certification and time clock alignment. As our Production Administrator, you will play a key role at the Vancouver Facility in supporting the work-life balance of the hourly team members and adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement by ensuring accurate reporting of accruals, vacation pools, and attendance.

This position is based in Vancouver, WA.

Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.

What You Will Do

As Production Administrator, you will:

  • Review and manage time clocks for hourly production employees on a weekly basis to ensure accurate documentation.

Profile Description

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $72,500 USD - $93,100 USD
  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS
