Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC seeks a Production Supervisor in Rock Hill, SC to lead lines, drive safe operations, and partner with planning. You will guide assembly teams, monitor performance, and contribute to 5S initiatives and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a commitment to safety in a dynamic environment, with potential shift and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to read assembly, electrical, and mechanical schematics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee production activities on assigned lines to meet goals.
• Serve as liaison between assembly operators and planning & scheduling teams.
• Attend daily morning meetings with Flow Team Coaches and align with schedules.
• Conduct daily briefings with staff on assignments, priorities and safety.
• Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks and challenges.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and document metrics.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with logistics teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to boost quality and efficiency.
• Be prepared for extended periods on feet and potential shift/weekend rotations.
