- Technical degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in Lean Manufacturing environments, with large teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety culture through talks, audits, and kaizen events.
- Drive quality with defect-free assembly and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate flow team with line leaders, methods, and supply planners to meet timelines.
- Optimize assembly to reduce scrap, improve standard times, and cut costs.
