Job summary

Atlas Copco, Henrob division, in New Hudson, MI, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production teams and achieve daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

You will guide a skilled workforce, monitor KPIs, drive Lean and TPM initiatives, and partner with Operations Managers on master schedules. This on-site role rewards leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for presenting to internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and time management abilities.
• Experience in a fast-moving environment with production planning.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and build positive employee relations.
• Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing budgets and KPI-oriented projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to production personnel to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure trained staff and resources to manufacture high quality products.
• Monitor KPIs and anticipate issues to keep production on track.
• Develop and maintain understanding of facility processes and conditions.
• Create a center of excellence through visualization and 5S standards.
• Lead TPM initiatives within Production and Maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers on Strategy and Master Schedules.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to operations business reviews.
