Job summary

Atlas Copco Group’s Portable Power and Flow Division seeks a Production Supervisor to lead production on assigned lines, coordinate with planning, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will guide a team of 20+ operators, drive continuous improvement, and report on performance with a focus on efficiency and morale.

You will attend daily meetings, assign work, and monitor workflows while ensuring safety protocols and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to read detailed electrical, mechanical, and assembly drawings.
• Proven leadership in diverse teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities on assigned lines and ensure timely output.
• Serve as liaison between assembly operators and planning/scheduling teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through 5S, process optimization and QA.
• Monitor safety, performance, attendance, and productivity metrics.
• Address bottlenecks and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
