Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Production Manager to lead the full production lifecycle of compressed air and dryer packages. You will direct plant operations to maximize productivity while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will oversee planning, assembly, testing, painting and fabrication, partner with the Production Supervisor to synchronize schedules and resources, manage the annual budget, and drive lean initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience managing manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the full production lifecycle: planning, assembly, testing, painting and fabrication.
• Develop and manage the annual operations budget and capex; drive cost containment and staffing plans.
• Drive lean manufacturing, productivity improvements and waste reduction across the site.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with sales, marketing and engineering to align capabilities with demand.
• Provide production reporting and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
