Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead one or more production teams in manufacturing processes. You will ensure timely completion of tasks, assign daily duties, monitor progress, and train associates.

Work with Management to improve production efficiency and quality across departments. The role requires reading drawings and specifications, English proficiency, and experience in ISO 9001 environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing role.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more production teams to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and coach staff.
• Recruit and onboard new employees as needed.
• Monitor processes and implement cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure production plans are executed and shift summaries are accurate.
