Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead one or more production teams and ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks.

The role involves assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and coaching staff while collaborating with management to improve processes. The position requires experience as a shop supervisor or in equivalent manufacturing roles, strong English communication, ability to read industrial drawings, and ISO 9001 environment familiarity.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read industrial specific drawings and specifications required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and disciplining employees; and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, and studying methods.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data and recommending action.
