Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing lines, set up and changeover equipment, and perform sanitation and quality checks. You will document production data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with packaging/processing equipment is preferred; ability to work at both the 391 and 395 Bloomingdale facilities and maintain GMP/Safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months of related experience or training.
• Prior experience operating blending/processing and/or packaging machines preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred (food/pharma).

Responsibilities

• Operate lines and equipment, perform setup and changeovers within timelines.
• Prepare and clean work areas; sanitize food contact surfaces between changes.
• Conduct quality checks and record production data; document tickets.
• Train other employees on basic manufacturing processes and safety.
• Maintain safety, GMPs and SOPs; report safety incidents.
