• Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
• Ensures syrup, ingredient, and product testing follows guidelines.
• Follows calibration guidelines for lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision of the Quality Control department.
• Directs Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians in daily tasks.
• Ensures testing of syrup, ingredients, and products per guidelines.
• Maintains accurate record keeping and back-ups when needed.
