Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor I to join our team. You will manage production line employees, ensure safety, and produce a quality product that meets company standards while managing cost effectiveness.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing; OSHA and production standards experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; computer proficiency and basic accounting knowledge are useful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line personnel and provide direction.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Relieve employees when needed and adjust schedules.
• Set up equipment and start-up procedures.
• Monitor raw materials, quality, and production codes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and QC on issues.
• Maintain shift handoffs and status updates.
