Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead production/assembly teams in a high-precision environment in North Las Vegas. You will develop schedules, manage change, allocate resources, and drive KPI performance to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, industrial or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing operations with at least five years in management.
• Familiarity with marine class societies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective team leadership during times of change and production ramp up.
• Direct production activities in high-precision manufacturing to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Build a strong production team with a clear vision and accountable execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive KPIs across production areas while meeting time, budget and quality targets.
• Communicate the impact of technological changes and propose solutions without compromising quality.
