Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–5 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience training others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform complex assembly and production of components and subassemblies.
• Align and assemble parts according to specifications and tolerances.
• Accurately interpret dimensions and tolerances.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Measure and verify components and assemblies for quality.
• Identify discrepancies and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Document work orders and manufacturing records.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced employees as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow PPE requirements.
• Support production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
