Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead manufacturing and assembly teams in a high-precision environment. You will drive production planning, allocate labor and capital, and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple departments while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, manufacturing, industrial or related engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in manufacturing operations with five years of management experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective team leadership during times of change and production ramp up.
• Direct and monitor production activities in high-precision manufacturing to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive KPI’s across production/assembly areas and ensure high quality within deadlines.
• Communicate impact of changes and provide recommendations to supply chain and manufacturing teams.
