Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to coordinate daily production activities under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

You will delegate work, manage inventory, ensure policy adherence, and train associates to drive safety, quality, and productivity. The role emphasizes team building, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and metrology to keep lines running safely and delivering quality products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality and productivity per standardized work.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records and staffing levels.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks.
• Ensure production line runs safely, smoothly and with quality.
• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Create daily scheduling in partnership with Supervisor from weekly Supply Chain plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and metrology to maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Engage in problem solving for process equipment and product performance.
