Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead for the Hillside, IL area. The role supports a first shift on the 8‑speed assembly line, overseeing daily operations, coordinating staffing, and driving safety and quality on the line.

You will lead a team, ensure productivity targets are met, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to keep equipment running smoothly. This is a full-time, hourly position with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach safety, quality and productivity to meet objectives.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records and staffing levels.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks.
• Ensure line runs safely and produces quality product.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Create daily scheduling in partnership with Supervisor.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and metrology.
