Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a business-related or technical field with 3+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• Alternate: high school diploma/GED with 5+ years manufacturing leadership, 3 years leadership.
• Proficient in SAP and ShopFloor; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of shift personnel and performance evaluations.
• Monitor safety and health; enforce plant safety standards.
• Ensure quality and troubleshoot non-conformances.
• Schedule production weekly to meet on-time delivery.
• Control costs and manage budgets; lead continuous improvement.
• Participate in COS and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Foster participative, safe, cooperative work environment.
