Kdc One in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a production supervisor to manage daily filling and assembly operations, ensuring quality, safety, and GMP compliance. You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to master production schedules while driving cost improvements and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in plant manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Associates or B.S. degree preferred.

Competenze

• Five years minimum in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Two years minimum supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associates or B.S. degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct all filling and/or assembly activities for the area ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Meet master production schedule and target output while controlling overtime and costs.
• Maintain GMPs, safety, housekeeping, and proper training within the department.
• Train, evaluate staff, and document performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide timely improvements to equipment, procedures, and staffing to enhance cost and quality.
