Job summary

KDC One is seeking a Production Expeditor to oversee daily movement of production materials and finished goods within our New Jersey facility. This role reports to the Production Manager and supports both 1st and 2nd shifts, ensuring timely component supply and accurate material handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining cGMP and SOP compliance, using LPN and RF scanning systems, and training junior staff while ensuring proper handover to the next shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in chemical warehouse/manufacturing cosmetics.
• Experience with LPN system and RF scanners.
• Ability to communicate in basic English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Supply production floor with required component inventory.
• Tag and label materials using the LPN system.
• Maintain documentation of material movements and use RF scanners.
• Ensure pallets are secured and scanned for transport.
• Stage items for return to warehouse after order completion.
• Prepare for next shift by ensuring proper supply for production.
• Navigate Wisys to locate bulk/components.
• Train entry-level Material Handlers/Expeditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
