Job summary

KDC/ONE Groveport is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead packaging operations, drive efficiency, and ensure quality and safety. The role emphasizes coaching a high-performance team and collaborating with cross-functional groups to optimize production.

Ideal candidates have supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a background in a filling/packaging environment, preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a filling/packaging environment (cosmetics/pharma preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee packaging line operations for efficiency, quality and safety.
• Coach and train team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance, warehouse, and planning teams to optimize production.
• Apply Lean principles to improve OEE and labor utilization.
• Monitor costs related to labor, inventory and downtime.
