Job summary

gpac is seeking a Shop Foreman‑in‑Training to grow into a Shop Foreman at a stable manufacturer. The role suits someone with manufacturing or production experience, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the production operation on the shop floor.

You'll work with the Shop Foreman, help coordinate schedules, monitor workflow and inventory, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement.
