We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, developing people, improving processes, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently.

You will oversee daily production activities, coach and support employees, maintain quality and safety standards, and help drive continuous improvement across the operation.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, making decisions, and creating accountability while building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees
• Monitor daily production output and quality performance
• Drive safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe operating practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Participate in scheduling and production planning meetings
• Track production goals and help teams achieve operational targets
• Complete and manage production documentation, work orders, safety reports, staffing schedules, and related reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Support manufacturing operations with additional projects and plant initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in roll forming, metal stamping, or related production operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing safety procedures
• Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

This position works directly in a manufacturing facility and requires hands‑on leadership within a production environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around machinery, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
