You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Shop Foreman or a history of strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
• Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
• Deliver feedback to management
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
• Create employee schedules
