Job summary

Cibo Vita, based in Totowa, NJ, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will enforce GMP and HACCP compliance, supervise and train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate production records.

The role focuses on optimizing efficiency, quality, and safety across shifts, with responsibilities for scheduling, process improvements, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in GMP/SOP environments.
• Experience leading teams is essential.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10+ hours for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production operations to maximize efficiency, quality and safety.
• Train operators and schedule staffing to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with Engineering and operate DT, KPI, and system reporting.
