Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to join our dynamic team in Totowa, NJ. As a Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
