Job summary

Cibo Vita is a CPG manufacturer in Totowa, NJ, seeking a Production Planner to translate demand forecasts and customer orders into executable production plans. You will balance capacity, labor, and materials while coordinating with Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Warehousing.

The role requires 2–5 years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP experience, and advanced Excel skills. You will participate in weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or business.
• 2–5 years of production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP planning, MRP, and S&OP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master production schedules across multiple facilities.
• Translate forecasts and firm orders into manufacturing orders and MOs.
• Run MRP to balance demand, inventory, and open POs.
• Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and co-packer schedules.
• Monitor inventory health and report planning metrics.
