You will perform routine maintenance, monitor performance, verify materials and labels, document batch records, and assist with line changeovers and cleaning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and machinery; understanding of GMP and SOP (3+ yrs exp).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run machine based on product and process parameters.
• Verify correct materials and labels before starting.
• Monitor machine performance during production and ensure quality and compliance.
• Inspect product quality for seals, weight, and labeling.
• Ensure packaging and product meet specifications and quantity; maintain system and documentation.
• Complete batch record documentation accurately.
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning.
