Job summary

Cibo Vita, Inc. in Totowa, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily activities across receiving, staging, transfer, production feed and shipping in a 24/7 food-manufacturing operation.

You will train the crew, enforce GMP/SQF and safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate inter-facility transfers, and report KPIs to the Warehouse Supervisor. Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years warehouse experience, preferably in CPG/food manufacturing.
• Preferred lead/trainer/crew-coordination experience (not mandatory).
• Experience with receiving, transfers, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership to the warehouse crew for the shift; distribute tasks and ensure coverage across zones.
• Set work pace and reallocate tasks to meet receiving, staging, production-feed, transfer, and shipping demand.
• Coordinate and document inter‑facility transfers of materials as production requires.
