Qualifikationen

• 2 years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading or training employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures, chemical handling, GMPs, and food safety practices.
• Ability to organize assignments, communicate clearly, and follow up on task completion.
• Ability to read and complete cleaning instructions, checklists, and sanitation records.
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing operational priorities.
• English and Spanish communication skills required!

Aufgaben

• Assign daily cleaning tasks according to the sanitation schedule and priorities.
• Instruct team on cleaning methods, chemical use, and PPE.
• Monitor progress and verify sanitation across equipment, floors, drains, and washrooms.
• Ensure SOPs, chemical concentrations, contact times, allergen controls, and cross-contamination precautions.
• Confirm equipment release for cleaning and safety procedures before work.
• Inspect completed work and arrange recleaning if needed; coordinate QA verification.
• Maintain sanitation records, checklists, and shift reports accurately.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Communicate staffing issues, safety hazards, and food safety concerns promptly.
