Job Title: Production Supervisor

SNAPSHOT!

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee their 2nd shift manufacturing operations.

This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager or supervisor with a strong background in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics manufacturing. The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for production processes on an afternoon/overnight schedule, including:

1. Overall performance of production teams
2. Control over manpower and expenditures
3. Effective communication within the department
4. Interaction with all departments; bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred
5. Adherence to production schedules, including start-ups and changeovers
6. Safety and quality compliance
7. Training and development in production areas

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with analytical skills and solid computer proficiency. They should be experienced in Total Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, and collaborate effectively with planning, purchasing, maintenance, and warehouse teams to meet production goals.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
2. At least 5 years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience, including P&L responsibility
3. Strong mechanical/maintenance background
4. Experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
5. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
6. Familiarity with requirements planning processes
7. Availability to work 10 or 12-hour afternoon/overnight shifts
8. Ability to sit, stand, and move about the facility; occasionally lift over 20 pounds
