Truvant is actively seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding site in Haslet, Texas. As a premier contract manufacturing and packaging service provider, we collaborate with top global brands in food & beverage and consumer packaged goods. Our Haslet facility operates around the clock, exclusively supporting the LEGO Group on a 24/7 schedule.

We offer diverse opportunities across four crews, accommodating both day and night shifts. Our schedule features 12-hour shifts for three days, plus an additional 6-hour shift on the fourth day. This 3.5-day work week provides benefits such as increased days off, extra overtime hours, weekly pay, and no PTO usage for days off. Work Schedule

• Thursday 12 am - 6 am / 6 pm - 6:30 am
• Friday and Saturday 6 pm - 6:30 am

Position Objective

Oversee and coordinate daily production to meet customer deadlines and maintain acceptable production rates. Promote a positive culture through training, education, and teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of all orders to company and customer standards
• Manage resources in designated areas to achieve scheduled production goals
• Analyze daily performance, yields, staffing, and downtime to optimize responses and reduce losses
• Address employee needs in production areas daily
• Monitor employee productivity hourly
• Mentor, train, and communicate with employees to support growth
• Enforce company policies and safety guidelines fairly and consistently
• Lead and coordinate teams on the production floor
• Collaborate with leadership team members
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety policies, and document incidents
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee time and performance records
• Implement continuous improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education, Training & Experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
• 2-5 years manufacturing experience preferred
• On-the-job training provided
