Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Inside UFPI, Citrix, and JDA/JSA systems.
• Knowledge of CI, 5S, TPM; attention to production details.

Responsibilities

• Manages production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Coaches and counsels employees; maintains records and reports.
• Manages cost and profitability of the department; ensures safety compliance.
• Participates in safety committees and safety initiatives.
• Maintains department inventory and applies continuous improvement.
