Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1 to 3 years of experience managing people.
• Strong communication skills and clear time-management.
• Proficiency in Inside UFPI, Citrix, and JDA/JSA tools.
• Knowledge of Precise Plant Quality Program and quality issue troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CI principles, 5S and TPM.
• Experience with machine audits and safety compliance.
• Ability to provide daily feedback and conduct employee reviews.
• Forklift Driver licensing is required.

• Manages the production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Leads and motivates a group of employees for maximum productivity.
• Identifies and resolves production problems and opportunities.
• Evaluates performance and coaches staff.
• Ensures adherence to all safety, policy, and legal requirements.
• Maintains department cost, profitability, and inventory records.
• Drives continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Prepares reports and participates in safety committees.
• Works with maintenance to document standard work and preventive maintenance.
