Qualifications

• Post high school education required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of experience managing people.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage listeners and ask questions.
• Familiarity with Inside UFPI, Citrix, and email etiquette.
• Knowledge of CI, 5S, and TPM principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Lead and motivate a group of employees to maximize productivity.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and coach team members.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Manage department costs, inventory, and reporting.
