Job summary

US Farathane in Michigan is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams on daily shift operations. You will oversee safety, training, and performance, ensuring adherence to production, quality, and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a related bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience; you will enforce TS-16949 and company policies, coordinate labor records, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Related Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High energy and experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise manufacturing personnel; and non-manufacturing personnel when their direct report is out of the building.
Facilitator of all daily shift operations.
Responsible for all personnel safety, conduct and discipline.
Ensure safety procedures (OSHA) are followed and policies adhered to.
Enforce production, quality, and material handling standards.
Record labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain inventory.
